The company was founded by David Talon (originally as Talon Associates International in 1991). His knowledge, skills and experience as a Principal, a Management Consultant, an Executive Coach, and business executive give him the ability to see business dynamics from multiple viewpoints. His MBA in international business strategy and international corporate operations, sales, and negotiation experience as head of a $50 million operation position him well to understand the challenges faced by client companies and their teams in their US & global growth initiatives.
In 25 years, he has worked extensively with executives, company owners and internal/external clients to plan, design, develop, and execute growth strategies, alliances, agency networks and joint ventures in the USA, Europe, Far East, Latin America, Australia, and the Middle East. He has developed cross-border training programs to build effective communications. In his travels to 42 countries, he has learned the cultural aspects of global business development and developed cross-border training programs for effective communication. He has lived in South America and Mexico.
